Include the destination city, state or province, country, and required delivery date. Larger chassis, multi-box orders, and pallet shipments may require different arrangements from smaller components.
Confirm timing before committing.
Availability and delivery dates are confirmed for the specific order. If a project depends on expedited delivery, tell us before placing the order so the team can review the available options.
International and freight requirements.
For international orders, discuss consignee details, import requirements, and responsibility for duties and taxes. For freight, identify loading-dock access, liftgate needs, delivery appointments, and any receiving restrictions.
Receiving your equipment.
Inspect the packaging and equipment on arrival. Retain packaging and document damage promptly so the team can help review the issue. Contact sales with your order reference before arranging a return.
